What is a navigation interface?
The graphic image at the top of this page, and the link navigation bar are a navigation interface. Using a navigation interface throughout the site provides a consistent design and allows visitors to easily access information from every page. The same graphic image or images are used throughout the site for accessing site content via links. The page you are viewing is based on Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). JavaScript can also be used to connect images to links and perform various mouse over effects.
